If you purchase one of My digital patterns and are unhappy with the way it sews out. Or are unhappy with the design itself. Contact Me either through this website, via email at embroideredwhimsy@gmail.com, or via My Facebook group or Facebook private message, My name is Kel Brown and I can be found via Facebook search or just ask in the Whimsy Embroidery group and I will respond. Explain the issue and a determination will be made at that time whether to issue a refund or offer another design of equal value.
To be eligible for a return, you must be able to explain the issue and you may be asked to provide a photo of the stitch-out your unhappy with.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your PayPal account.
